Villa Ermioni consists of three levels of an aggregate area of 115m². In the external area, there’s a terrace with a big exclusive garden of 350m², a furnished terrace and sunbathing deck, a private pool 3,5 x 8m., as well as 2 parking places inside the complex area. Indoors, on the first level, there are two sunny double bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the second level, there’s a modern open space living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room, and one more bathroom.
Finally, on the third level, there is one double bedroom.
