Welcome to Villa Avista in Vourvourou. A cozy residence built in the ideal position of the area, surrounded by olive and fruit trees. It is just 125 meters from the sea, with a panoramic view of the five small islands of Vourvourou and to the mountain. The house, on two levels, a total area of 120 sq.m., is fully equipped and offers elegant furnishings and decor, satisfying the most discerning guest.
The Villa Avista can accommodate up to 7 people – Free! 2 children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs. Upstairs there are 2 rooms with 2 double beds. Both rooms have balconies overlooking the sea and the mountain. There is a bathroom/toilet with a shower. On the ground floor, there are 2 separate living rooms, kitchen, and WC. In a living room, there are 2 single beds, 2 sofas, and a fireplace. In the other living room, there is a dining area and a sofa. All have views of the sea and the mountain.
Minimum stay: 7 nights.
For stays more than 10 days in May – June – September – October, free for all guests the tour of Mount Athos by boat.
