Located on an elevated floor with its own private entrance and picturesque terrace, this semi-detached house forms part of a privately owned 4-house complex within an enchanting pine tree garden. Parking is available for free and guests are invited to make the most of the garden and surrounding areas. If you’re a fan of sports or a true lover of nature, you’ll find the area ideal for long walks, bird watching, running, trekking, or mountain biking, with water sports and scuba diving also available in nearby beaches. Kids of all ages will have an incredible time enjoying the sandy beaches and shallow turquoise waters or setting out on magical adventures to explore the fascinating pine forest.

The house is ideal for couples, families, or small groups of friends, including your four-legged furry pals. There are two double bedrooms, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a spacious bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a furnished terrace and bedroom balconies – all overlooking the garden. Windows and doors are fitted with insect mesh to keep unwanted visitors away.

Kitchen appliances and equipment include electric hob and oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers for filter, espresso or Greek coffee, kettle, toaster, pans and pots, cutlery, and dishes. Should you wish to prepare a meal or beverage, you’ll find complimentary spices and condiments, as well as a selection of coffees and teas to accompany your breakfast.
