Squirrel Beach Front Villa, Metamorfosi

A secluded villa, shortly after the village of Metamorfosi and just few minutes before Nikiti, under the thick shade of tall pines, is waiting to host your family and friends.

The villa, well hidden in a 6-acre pine-covered plot, extends over three main levels, as well as an elevated loft that is considered its third floor. It has 4 bedrooms and two single beds in the common space available, two bathrooms and a WC, and can sleep up to 10 adults.

The ground floor with autonomous entrance includes a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a lobby with two single beds, and a bathroom. Upstairs is the living room with two sofas, the fireplace, and the fully equipped kitchen. Also, the bathroom and two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, complete the image of the main floor. The staircase leads to another bedroom with a double bed and en suite half bath.

From the living room, the large balcony door leads to the terrace which is the main space of the house since it hosts the large monastery-type wooden dining room in which the family takes all the meals of the day. There, another wooden table with chairs for endless quiet afternoons under the shade of pine trees and beautiful nights with board games and beautiful family moments.

At the edge of the plot, a small path leads you to the beautiful beach which due to its location, is almost isolated from the crowds and there you can enjoy the sun and clear blue waters.

Don't forget to taste the fresh vegetables from the vegetable garden maintained by the owner with special care. Cut your own without fear.
